Even with the option to switch UTV's from 4-wheel-drive to independent suspension on the fly, and the ability to shift your ATV driver's weight, you'll get stuck in this game far too frequently. It also doesn't help that the ATVs and UTVs here are so prone to falling over that you'll spend as much time pressing the reset button as you do the gas. Still others will have you wishing your vehicle had newer tires and bigger engines so you won't constantly get stuck. While the game's numerous tracks are nicely varied, and have you racing through jungles, forests, and industrial sites, many have spots that require multiple attempts to traverse. It's just too bad that this is often more frustrating than challenging. ![]() It’s a nice, affordable and enjoyable little title with a very decent amount of content, and surprisingly enough, a good level of challenge, even if at times the AI opponents are more unfair than a 150cc foe on. ![]() Your objective isn't just to figure out how to beat the clock (instead of another racer), but also how to make it through these tough courses. Beach Buggy Racing isn’t exactly a groundbreaking achievement in the kart racing genre, but it wasn’t even intending to be one. In Overpass, you drive All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) on bumpy, muddy, and rocky tracks full of such hazards as giant rocks, piles of wooden logs, and even seesaws. While this off-road racing game does put a unique spin on outdoor racing, most drivers won't appreciate how rough it gets. ![]()
